To avoid a more costly building addition, this growing company chose to renovate existing space into much needed office space and a new conference room.

Renovations are currently underway.  A large kitchen will be converted to a smaller kitchenette, two offices and a storage closet.  One large office has been divided to form two smaller offices, and a coat closet has been opened up to make space for file cabinets and shelving.

In the back, 500 square feet of concrete bay will be renovated to provide a new conference room, hallway and new restrooms.
