This 38,400 square foot free standing building utilizes a product called Autoclave Aerated Concrete (AAC). AAC is a state-of-the-art concrete building product that is lightweight, durable, energy efficient and versatile.

The project allows Leather Gallery to consolidate operations under one roof and work more efficiently as well as add new product lines.
